Moritz von Hohenzollern


Moritz works at Paracelsus as a private chef. He initially worked as a lawyer in Zug, before leaving Switzerland and training as a chef under Gordon Ramsay. Moritz went on to start his own catering business as well as working as a head chef in high end hotels and restaurants where won numerous awards on the way. During the Covid lock down he also graduated his nutrition studies at Stanford University with distinction.
