Jordi Gasó


Jordi Gaso, a gastronomic concept creator and consultant specializing in Mediterranean, Latin, and Nikkei cuisine, serves as one of our private chefs at Paracelsus Clinic. Born in Puebla, Mexico, Jordi initiated his culinary journey by undergoing training in Barcelona at the Hofmann School. He subsequently worked in several restaurants, some of which were honored with Michelin stars, contributing his skills to distinguished teams, including PAKTA’S under the helm of chef Albert Adria. For nearly two years now, Jordi has resided in Switzerland, leveraging his expertise gained from various consulting projects and accumulated experiences. During this period, he has successfully managed high-end restaurants and coordinated private events.
